REWARDS FAQ
How do I join?
It's free and automatic. Message us on WhatsApp with the word REWARDS and we'll open your points card against your number — no app, no card to carry.
How do I check my balance?
Send BALANCE on WhatsApp any time. We also add your running total to every booking confirmation.
Do points expire?
Points stay valid for 18 months from your last paid visit. Stay active and they never expire.
Can I combine rewards?
One reward per visit, but you can bank points and redeem a bigger reward later. Rewards can't be exchanged for cash.
