BECOME A SEBENZA CARE AFFILIATE
Refer customers who need trusted cleaning, handyman, gardening and property-care services. You earn commission whenever your customer pays and successfully receives a service.
No joining fee. No stock required. Marketing material provided.
WHO CAN JOIN?
Joining is free. This is different from a Sebenza Area Licence, which gives an operator territorial and operational rights.

Starter subscription — R2,490/month
R300 + R80/month for 6 months
Plus subscription — R4,140/month
R380 + R100/month for 6 months
Premium subscription — R6,060/month
R500 + R100/month for 6 months
Everyday subscription — R9,900/month
R1,000 + R150/month for 6 months
Car wash subscription — R299/month
R150 + R50/month for 4 months
8-visit subscription / package
R400 on first successful payment
Once-off home cleaning
5% of the completed booking
Office, salon or shop cleaning
7.5% of the completed booking
Handyman, gardening, painting or construction
5% of the completed booking

5% of the first three monthly payments

Commission is calculated on the service amount only — excluding transport, materials, refunds, discounts and VAT where applicable.

The bonus applies only to fully paid and activated subscriptions.
EXAMPLE MONTH
- 10 new weekly subscriptions × R250 = R2,500
- Performance bonus: 10 × R100 = R1,000
- Five recurring customers × R80 = R400
- Four once-off bookings averaging R900 × 5% = R180
TOTAL: R4,080
As your customer base grows, recurring commissions keep paying you for up to six months per customer.
HOW IT WORKS
- 1Register with your name, ID, banking details and WhatsApp number.
- 2We issue you a unique referral code and WhatsApp link.
- 3Share our approved posters, links and offers.
- 4Your customer books using your code.
- 5We confirm payment and deliver the service.
- 6Your commission becomes payable once the service is completed.
- 7You receive a monthly sales and commission statement.
PAYMENT RULES
- Commissions are paid twice monthly, or by the seventh business day of the following month.
- Minimum payout: R250.
- No commission on cancelled, refunded or unpaid bookings.
- Recurring commission applies only while the customer stays active and paid up.
- If two affiliates claim one customer, the first verifiable referral is credited.
- Affiliates may not collect cash on our behalf unless formally authorised.
- Affiliates cannot change prices, promise employment or make unauthorised guarantees.
CUSTOMER PROTECTION
The customer remains a Sebenza Care customer. You may follow up and market to them, but you may not:
- Divert customers to competing providers
- Recruit Sebenza service providers privately
- Misuse customer information
- Create unauthorised Sebenza social-media accounts
- Offer discounts without approval
- Make false income promises
Serious violations result in suspension and forfeiture of commissions connected to fraudulent transactions.
